All of our users’ information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information. Furthermore, all employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Every time new policies are added, our employees are notified and/or reminded about the importance we place on privacy, and what they can do to ensure our users’ information is protected. All our computers are encrypted and password protected. All physical files and the servers that store personally identifiable information are in a secure environment in a locked facility.

We use a variety of proven protections to maintain the security of your personal information. including firewall barriers, encryption techniques, authentication procedures, complex password protocols, anti-virus software and limiting access to its office to only those individuals who require access for legitimate business functions. Access to the office is limited including unique locks, key pad access, restricted access and alarm system. These controls are in place for information during the electronic transmission of the data as well as when the information is held in storage.

Private Information held by the Company is restricted to only those employees whose job duties require access to this information on a “need to know basis”. Access to Private Information is granted and authorized by the Company’s President. These access rights are reviewed regularly to ensure the correct permissions are granted to the Company’s employees.

While we take active steps to protect all information we receive, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us via the Internet. And although we make good faith efforts to maintain the security of such Information, we cannot guarantee that it will remain free from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, or alteration. Further, we cannot guarantee that our security measures will prevent unauthorized persons from accessing or obtaining this information. We assume no liability to you or any other party in relation to the unauthorized access, use, or alteration of any information provided to us.

Emails you send us are not necessarily secure when they are transmitted to us. Therefore, if your communication is very sensitive or includes highly confidential information such as a social security number or an account number, it may be prudent for you to use a method of transmission other than email or otherwise encrypt such information.
